Why agents send us their clients
Agent referrals are our biggest source of business, especially from the SERHANT. network, so we know the client is yours and treat the relationship that way. Your client gets a team that answers the phone, works nights and weekends when a deal needs it, and has 14 years and more than 400 transactions behind it.
Residential agents often have clients who own a business, a rental portfolio, or a commercial building. You don't have to learn commercial real estate to help them. Send them to us, stay in the loop, and get paid when it closes.

What is the referral fee?
We agree on it with you, in writing, before we contact your client. Call us and we'll talk it through for your specific deal.
Who can receive a referral fee?
Referral fees are paid broker to broker, so you'll need to be a licensed agent or broker in Texas or another state. We handle the paperwork with your brokerage.
Do you take referrals from outside Texas?
Yes. We work with agents in other states whose clients are buying, selling, or leasing in Texas, and with SERHANT. agents across the country.
What if my client's deal is small?
Send it anyway. We'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit, and if we're not, we'll help you find someone who is.
