Retail centers, strip centers, pad sites, and mixed-use projects, plus site selection for franchise and restaurant tenants.

What we handle

  • Strip centers and neighborhood retail
  • Pad sites and single-tenant buildings
  • Restaurant and franchise site selection
  • Retail leasing for landlords
  • Mixed-use and ground-up retail development
  • Off-market retail opportunities for investors

Michael has helped a restaurant franchise owner expand to multiple locations over a decade, and he has found off-market retail strips for developers getting into the business. Whether you're opening your next location or buying a center, we look at traffic, visibility, access, co-tenancy, and the lease terms that decide whether a location works.

Every retail listing gets our full marketing: professional photography, video, social media, and broad online reach.

Questions we hear often

What is a pad site?

A pad site is a parcel, usually in front of or within a larger retail center, that's sold or ground leased for a single building such as a restaurant, bank, or coffee shop.

Do you help franchise owners find locations?

Yes. Site selection for franchise and restaurant tenants is a big part of our retail work, from the first search through lease negotiation.

What does triple net (NNN) mean?

In a triple-net lease the tenant pays its share of property taxes, insurance, and common-area maintenance on top of base rent. Many retail leases are written this way, so it's important to compare total occupancy cost, not just the rent.
