Focus: Commercial real estate, investment property, business brokerage
Michael has spent 14 years in real estate. He grew up in Ames, Iowa, with modest means and credits his success to hard work and the belief that nothing is owed to him. He started in real estate at 22 and found early that it was the work he was meant to do.
As a commercial broker he has worked across retail and mixed-use development, flex and industrial, multifamily, redevelopment, investment property, and national franchise tenant representation in Iowa, Colorado, and Texas. He has also built and invested in several companies, which gives him an owner's perspective when advising clients.
In 2025 he added business brokerage so commercial clients can be represented on both the business and real estate sides of a deal. In 2026 Ryan Serhant chose him as one of three founding members of SERHANT. Dallas. He's a husband and father of two, and his family is his motivation.

Michael works with clients across all of Dallas-Fort Worth, including Dallas, East Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Arlington, Irving, Allen, Celina, Prosper, The Colony, Little Elm, Denton, Rockwall, Lewisville, Grapevine, Colleyville, and on deals elsewhere in Texas with the rest of the team.
